What persuaded you to start at WPP?

“When I was close to getting my license [the owner of another local brokerage] invited me to join his firm. After meeting with him I didn’t feel it was the right fit for me so I made an appointment to meet with Michael Handy. Handy, along with the training and professionalism I saw in the office cemented my decision to choose WPP. I was intimidated when I found out I needed to be interviewed by the agent board, but after thinking about it I came to the conclusion it really is important to WPP that the right people are invited to join the firm and that it was not the sole decision of management.
