This is what we mean when we talk about support! We take our commitment to our company culture and community seriously, and we actively work to create a collaborative environment. If one manager is not available, you have 4 other managers you can call. You can also reach out to top agents in your office with questions and ideas.

Question #3: Do you understand how to read the real estate market? 

We provide our agents with frequent updates on exactly what’s happening in our local real estate market. And we don’t just share the numbers with you—we break down all of the numbers to not only help you navigate the market, but to empower you to better help your clients as well. We provide this information to you during our weekly office hours, and don’t worry—they are recorded in case you miss one.
