The Sky is the Limit When You’re in Real Estate

Very few people select Real Estate as a career right from the start. In her early 20’s Monica Scott had taken courses at the local college and had a variety of jobs from working in restaurants to nannying. “I  hadn’t thought of real estate as a business I would want to get into until my brother brought it up,” says Monica. “I have always enjoyed working with people, so I took the course and got my license.”

Monica’s success in real estate is no surprise to the people who know her, her excellent work ethic and flair for marketing have given her business an edge. Monica appreciates the control that having her own business gives her, “You get to work with cool people and help them buy and sell their houses!” says Monica.  “The sky is the limit when you are in real estate, you can make as much or as little money as you want. You have to be disciplined and have a schedule, but YOU are your own business owner and get to design your business as you wish.”
