After selling his business in 2008, Jim Hoiland knew he wasn’t ready to retire– but the prospects for regular employment weren’t very good. “There was a hiring freeze,” says Jim. “I had friends that were Realtors who for years had been telling me I should get into the business. I just thought this was a good time to take the leap!”
The timing ended up being impeccable. Jim has flourished in his real estate career, he was even voted “Rookie of the Year” by the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors in 2010. Jim’s laid back personality combined with his strong work ethic have helped make this, his latest business venture, a tremendous success.
